Story
Pamela is the Practice Director of T Lawyers Pty Ltd.
Pamela graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology in July 2005. By doing extra subjects during the semester and summer school she completed her double degree in 4.5 years instead of the scheduled 5 years.
Whilst studying her undergraduate degree Pamela worked as a part-time law clerk for Butts & Barkley Solicitors (a general practice legal firm at Sunnybank). At the same time, Pamela was also an active Co-Director of her family’s travel and tour business.
After graduating Pamela continued working for Butts & Barkley Solicitors as a graduate and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2006.
By establishing and/or investing in a variety of businesses including Travel Agencies, Hotels, Restaurants, Fast Food chains and Property Development, Pamela has developed a strong business background and entrepreneurial mind. Pamela’s business experience helps her give both practical and tactical advices to her clients. She remains an active entrepreneur and continues to maintain many interests in businesses outside the legal practice.
Pamela is passionate about making differences in peoples’ lives whether it be by assisting them in negotiating and finalising a major commercial deal which sets them up to build financial success or winning justice for them in a Court room.
She is also often seen as being over protective of her clients (in a good way).
In 2008 Pamela became a Partner in Butts & Barkley and managed the firm’s Inala branch. By 2010 Pamela negotiated the acquisition of Nguyen Lawyers (which was then the key competitor of Butts & Barkley in the Inala area).
After the merger and acquisition of Nguyen Lawyers with Butts & Barkley, the firm was renamed T Lawyers Pty Ltd, a name which is synonymous with good service and results.
